In this document, the terms “SITE” and “Ajuda Popular” refer to the website and platform https://ajudapopular.com/, while the terms “VISITOR” and “USER” refer to any natural or legal person who accesses and uses the services available on this SITE.

The USER authorizes partner Financial Institutions to consult data in credit protection agencies (SPC, Serasa) and the Central Bank’s Credit Information System (SCR), in accordance with Complementary Law No. 105/01, aiming at risk analysis and the offering of appropriate products.
Clause VIII – Third-Party Sites and Advertisers
The SITE contains links to partners and advertisers. Ajuda Popular is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or terms of use of these external sites. The USER must read the specific terms of each site before carrying out any transaction.
Clause IX – Transparency regarding AI

Clause X – General Provisions
